  • Sweet coffee witn milk
  • Water 
  • Energetic
LUNCH
  • Juice: apple with cucumber 
  • Glass or water
  • I felt energetic but, after job:
  • Chicken wing 
  • Margarita - just one
  • I felt Tire and happy
DINNER
  • Greek yogurt
  • Glass of water with pink salt
  • Low energy
