Long day of work, feeling tire.
BREAKFAST
- Corn Muffin with butter
- Sweet coffee witn milk
- Water
- Energetic
LUNCH
- Juice: apple with cucumber
- Glass or water
- I felt energetic but, after job:
- Chicken wing
- Margarita - just one
- I felt Tire and happy
DINNER
- Greek yogurt
- Glass of water with pink salt
- Low energy
