DAY #6 OF A REALISTIC ATTITUDE: WHAT I ATE, HOW I FELT

 Today has been a better day for my food intake. I started the day on this narrative because it was only a long time ago that I experienced a severe adaptation to healthy eating. The real plan was to change eating habits at the beginning of September, but day by day was a complete mess. 

To find a solution and be more compromising with the personal habit change, I decided to log EACH DAY about my eating habits. The strategy helps me be more conscious about my food selection and feelings. 

BREAKFAST

  • A Margarita Alcoholic Drink
  • I feel stressed and energetic

DINNER

  • Zucchini, Eggs and Avocado 
  • Canada Dry Seltzer Water Original
  • I felt tire, long day of work poor protein intake during the day
