DAY #4 OF A REALISTIC ATTITUDE: WHAT I ATE, HOW I FELT
Today was a free day for my eating. I share my free day of work with my family, and we ate pizza for dinner. In the morning we prepared homemade sandwiches and drank a lot of water.
BREAKFAST:
- Water with pink salt, mineral drops, and apple vinegar with the mother
- Sandwich and Canada Dry
- Glasses of water
LUNCH
- No lunch
- Glasses of water
- Greek Yogurt
DINNER
- Pizza with family and Soda
- Glasse of water
