DAY #3 OF A REALISTIC ATTITUDE: WHAT I ATE, HOW I FELT

Today has been a feeling day. I control my food selection from the morning until dinner, but I did poorly at my last meal. The intense desire for something sweet has invaded my thoughts. I ate a sour cereal, my favorite flavor of Eddy's ice cream, "ROCKY ROAD."

The stresses in our personal lives significantly impact how we choose food. I have cucumber, zucchini, avocado, eggs, sardines in olive oil, green apple, ginger, grapefruit, sweet plantain, and 100% cocoa at home. Still, I want to eat addictive ingredients with cereal and ice cream. I want to stop the food anxiety, I want to feel well, eating healthy without processed sugar.
