DAY #2 OF A REALISTIC ATTITUDE: WHAT I ATE, AND HOW I FELT
Food has a significant impact on our feelings. A well-planned food selection is perfect for maintaining our health and the energy needed to complete a hard day of work. Here is where the barrier of advertisement appears in our conversation. A well-planned food selection sounds like a great idea, but our brain gets into action. In social media, on the street, in TV shows, at the supermarket, in any event, we usually see advertisements that influence our thoughts. Too many advertisements with perfect pictures, videos, professional, and focused on our attention make us want to use those products, especially when we are hungry.

SUNDAY'S DINNER |
Here is the problem: we want another kind of food that is bad for our health but good for our mouths. However, a silent addiction comes into packaged food rich in additives and preservatives with sugar added, saturated fat, and canola oil. Another problem is that our brain is fixed with food desire built by advertising.
